Here at Godfather Bait Company we don’t have the typical “PRO STAFF” program, where anyone can buy a product and be on the “TEAM”. Our PRO STAFF is much more than that, it’s FAMILY, and once you’re in the family you will notice the difference! We hand select the applicants who make it on the team and all that apply will not be accepted. We are a very hands on company who recognizes those members who help promote and support our company and their team with increased incentives and running promotions directly through THEIR social media pages. We stay in touch with all our Staff and treat this as a partnership and not just a sales tool.
Currently our Pro Staff Family Extends Out to 17 States with 28 Members. Our Family ranges in age as well as skills. From High School Fishing Teams, to FLW and B.A.S.S. Tournament anglers, to the weekend Bank angler, we are all family here.
We rely on our Pro Staff to be our eyes and ears as well as to help make the appropriate changes to drive our company forward. Without our Family listed below none of this would be possible.
